Site and Safety Phase II
- The concrete slab on the new bridge is expected to be in place within the next two weeks.
- Large retaining walls are being constructed south of Schuerholtz park connecting to the new bridge on the east side.
- Work in the culvert north of the new bridge continues.
- Additional site utilities in Burdick Field are scheduled for late July.
Burdick Phase III
- This project is on schedule for completion summer 2014.
- Rec sports administrative offices have temporarily moved into a finished part of the building on the east side while the south side of the building is renovated.
- Renovations to the north wing of the building continue.
Towson University in Northeast MD (TUNE)
- Exterior rainscreen is being installed and expected to be completed end of May.
- Interior finishes are ongoing.
- Carpet and hard flooring is being currently installed.
